In this empowering half-day workshop, award-winning Mi’gmaq entrepreneur Victoria LaBillois invites Indigenous participants to reflect on the unique power they hold as changemakers. Through engaging discussions, practical tools, and cultural grounding, this training session helps participants connect with their voice, their value, and their vision.
You’ll explore:
  • How you see and use money
  • Building and nurturing strong community networks
  • Speaking with confidence, as a leader and as yourself
This training isn’t just about financial literacy or public speaking, it’s about stepping fully into your power, while staying true to who you are.

About Victoria LaBillois

Victoria is a distinguished Mi’gmaq entrepreneur from Listuguj and the founder of The Eloquent Hostess, a venture that blends her love of language and public speaking. She has served as Master of Ceremonies for national events and is known for her uplifting and inspiring presence.
She is Vice-Chair of the National Indigenous Economic Development Board, sits on the Hydro-Québec board of directors, and advises on major infrastructure projects through the Indigenous Advisory Council.
A passionate advocate for Indigenous youth, Victoria co-developed the Money Smarts video game to promote money management skills. She holds a BA in Political Science, an MBA, and recently completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
