2025 was a milestone year: we celebrated our 30th anniversary, and the Business Exchange Day was a key moment to highlight the 50th anniversary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement. These two major events remind us of the importance of lasting relationships with communities and the strength of authentic partnerships.
Far beyond our role as a corporate supporter, we place human relationships at the heart of everything we do. For us, partnerships are built on the ground and guided by our core values – respect, commitment, communication, and accountability. Through training programs, mentoring, and hands-on support, we help people access careers in mining – this is our daily mission.
